不同硝苯地平制剂对妊娠高血压患者的疗效及对不良分娩结局的影响

Efficacy of different nifedipine preparations for pregnancy-induced hypertension and its influence on adverse delivery outcomes

目的观察不同硝苯地平制剂对妊娠高血压患者的疗效及对不良分娩结局的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年5月于本院就诊的100例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其分成参照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。参照组给予短效硝苯地平片治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平缓释片。比较两组干预结果。结果干预后,两组患者的收缩压及舒张压均降低,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良分娩结局总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组的药物不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于参照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠高血压患者硝苯地平缓释片,可降低和控制患者的血压,改善其分娩结局,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the efficacy of different nifedipine preparations for pregnancy-induced hypertension and its influence on adverse delivery outcomes. Methods One hundred patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into reference group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). The reference group was treated with short-acting nifedipine tablets, while the observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 20.00%in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets applied to patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension can reduce and control the blood pressure and improve the delivery outcome, with high safety.
