安列克与欣母沛在产后出血防治中的应用效果

Application effect of anlieke and hemabate in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的比较安列克与欣母沛在产后出血防治中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院接收的具有剖宫产指征、宫缩乏力高危因素的产妇136例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为安列克组和欣母沛组,各68例。安列克组采用安列克治疗,欣母沛组采用欣母沛治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果产后2、6h,欣母沛组的总出血量明显少于安列克组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后24、36h,两组产妇总出血量无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组产妇产后出血发生率、并发症总发生率及子宫切除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安列克与欣母沛在产后出血防治中的效果均显著,但欣母沛价格较贵,临床可根据患者具体情况进行选择。

Objective To compare the application effect of anlieke and hemabate in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 136 parturients with indications of cesarean section and high risk factors of uterine atony were selected as study objects and divided into anlieke group and hemabate group by random number method, with 68 cases in each group. The anlieke group was treated with anlieke, and the hemabate group was treated with hemabate. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At postpartum 2 and 6 hours, the total amount of bleeding in the hemabate group were significantly less than those in the anlieke group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the total amount of bleeding between the two groups at postpartum 24 and 36 hours (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, the total incidence of complications and the rate of hysterectomy between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Anlieke and hemabate both have significant effect in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, but the price of hemabate is more expensive. Clinical selection can be made according to the specific conditions of patients.
