摘要
目的探讨果糖二磷酸联合大剂量维生素C治疗新生儿窒息后心肌氧化应激损伤的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年12月我院收治的90例窒息后心肌氧化应激损伤的患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(45例,常规治疗+大剂量的维生素C)和研究组(45例,常规治疗+大剂量的维生素C+果糖二磷酸)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醛(MDA)水平均较治疗前明显降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平较治疗前明显升高,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿肌酸激酶同工酶MB亚型(CK-MB)、N端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论果糖二磷酸联合大剂量的维生素C治疗新生儿窒息后心肌氧化应激损伤的临床效果显著,能有效减轻患儿氧化应激反应,缓解心肌损伤,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fructose diphosphate combined with high-dose vitamin C on neonatal myocardial oxidative stress injury after asphyxia. Methods A total of 90 neonates with myocardial oxidative stress injury after asphyxia admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(45 cases, conventional treatment +high-dose vitamin C) and research group(45 cases,conventional treatment +high-dose vitamin C +fructose diphosphate) according to the different treatment methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was93.33%, which was significantly higher than 75.56% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was significantly higher than that before treatment, and those in the research group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of creatine kinase isozyme-MB(CK-MB), N-terminal pro-BNP(NT-proBNP) and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the research group were significantly lower than the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Fructose diphosphate combined with high-dose vitamin C in the treatment of myocardial oxidative stress injury after neonatal asphyxia has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively alleviate oxidative stress and myocardial injury in neonates. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
