Application value of nasal septum suture technique after nasal septum correction

目的评价鼻中隔缝合技术在鼻中隔矫正术后的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月在我院耳鼻咽喉科住院的48例鼻中隔偏曲患者为研究对象,按住院接诊号奇偶性将其分为填塞组和缝合组,各24例。填塞组术后采用传统高膨胀海绵填塞鼻腔,缝合组采用鼻中隔缝合术。比较两组的不适症状评分及并发症发生情况。结果缝合组鼻塞、鼻部疼痛、咽干、吞咽困难、溢泪、睡眠障碍、头痛评分均低于填塞组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症总发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻中隔缝合用于鼻中隔矫正术后效果显著,可有效改善患者因填塞带来的多种不适,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the application value of nasal septum suture technique after nasal septum correction. Methods From January 2016 to June 2018, 48 patients with deviation of nasal septum in otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into packing group and suture group according to parity of admission number, with 24 cases in each group. In the packing group, the nasal cavity was filled with traditional high expansion sponge after operation, and the nasal septum suture was used in the suture group. The scores of discomfort symptom and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nasal obstruction, nasal pain, dry throat, dysphagia, epiphora, sleep disorder and headache in the suture group were lower than those in the packing group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Nasal septum suture applied to postoperative period of nasal septum correction can get significant effect, which can effectively improve the discomfort caused by packing, relieve clinical symptoms of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
