骨髓细胞形态学及血清β2-MG、LDH水平联合检测对多发性骨髓瘤临床分期的指导价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨骨髓细胞形态学及血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平联合检测对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)临床分期的指导价值。方法选取医院2016年1月至2018年6月收治110例MM患者为疾病组,另选取同期40例健康者为对照组,分析骨髓细胞形态学及血清β2-MG、LDH水平联合检测对MM临床分期的指导价值。结果疾病组骨髓瘤细胞占比及血清β2-MG、LDH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);疾病组中D-S分期Ⅰ期患者的骨髓瘤细胞占比及血清β2-MG、LDH水平低于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者,且Ⅱ期<Ⅲ期(P<0.05);联合检测MM临床分期的符合率高于骨髓细胞形态学、血清β2-MG、LDH水平单独检测(P<0.05)。结论骨髓细胞形态学及血清β2-MG、LDH水平联合检测对MM临床分期的指导价值较高。 Objective To investigate the guiding value of combined detection of bone marrow cell morphology and levels of serum β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in clinical staging of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods A total of 110 cases of MM patients admitted in the hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as disease group;another 40 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group. The guiding value of combined detection of bone marrow cell morphology and levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in clinical staging of MM was analyzed. Results The percentage of myeloma cells and the levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in the disease group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The percentage of myeloma cells and levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in patients with D-S stage Ⅰ were lower than those in patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and stage Ⅱ<stage Ⅲ(P<0.05). The coincidence rate of combined detection in MM clinical stage was higher than that of bone marrow cell morphology, serumβ2-MG and LDH levels detection alone(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of bone marrow cell morphology and levels of serum β2-MG and LDH has high value in guiding clinical staging of MM.
