Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative seamless nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 138 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI in our hospital were divided into two groups by random lottery method, with 69 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, while the observation group received seamless nursing intervention during the perioperative period. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of self-behavior management, taking medicine on time and according to dosage and periodic review in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of blisters/edema/bleeding at puncture point, renal function damage, hypotension, urinary retention, pseudoaneurysm and vagal reflex in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of angina pectoris, heart failure, arrhythmia and coronary restenosis at one year after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Seamless nursing intervention in the perioperative period of PCI patients can effectively improve treatment compliance, prevent and reduce perioperative complications and postoperative vascular adverse events.
