摘要
目的探讨中医诊疗器具清洗消毒灭菌标准化流程的建立及应用效果。方法本院2017年1月至2017年12月各科室的中医诊疗器具实施分散式管理,设为对照组,2018年1月至2018年12月消毒供应中心开始行实施标准化流程管理,设为观察组,记录并比较两组的样本合格率、成本、器械处理受伤事件出现情况及医务人员对消毒供应中心处理工作的满意度。结果观察组的物品包装合格率与无菌物品合格率分别为99.60%和100.00%,显著高于对照组的83.20%和97.20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的每天工作时数显著少于对照组,每天消毒剂成本显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的器械处理受伤事件的发生例数少于对照组。观察组医务人员对消毒供应中心处理工作的满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的88.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医诊疗器具清洗消毒灭菌标准化流程的建立及应用有利于降低工作人员的工作强度、有效控制工作成本及提高科室医务人员的满意度,该标准化流程可提升物品包装合格率和无菌物品合格率,显著降低器械处理受伤事件的发生风险,同时也保障了患者的生命健康。
Objective To explore the establishment and application effect of standardization process for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic instruments. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, each department in our hospital implemented decentralized management of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic instruments, which was set as control group. From January 2018 to December 2018, the disinfection and supply center began to implement standardized process management, which was set as observation group. The sample qualified rate, cost, occurrence of instruments handling injuries and satisfaction of medical staff with disinfection supply center handling were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rates of packaging and sterile articles in the observation group were 99.60% and 100.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than 83.20% and 97.20% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The daily working hours in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the daily cost of disinfectant was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The cases of occurrence of instruments handling injuries in the observation group was less than that in the control group. The satisfaction of medical staff with disinfection supply center in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 88.75% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment and application of standardization process for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic instruments is conducive to reduce the work intensity of staff, effectively controlling the work cost and improving the satisfaction of medical staff in departments. The standardized process can improve the qualified rate of packaging and sterile articles, and significantly reduce the occurrence of instruments handling injuries. At the same time, it also guarantees the life and health of patients.
