大学生职业成熟度对就业的影响——以兴义民族师范学院数学科学学院为例

The Influence of College Students’ Vocational Maturity on Employment——Take the School of Mathematical Sciences,Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities As an Exanple

从职业目标、自主、自信、参照、价值、亲友依赖六个维度来探讨大学生职业成熟度现状,利用效度与信度对调查数据进行检验,在此基础上采用检验对调查数据进行统计推断。结果表明:调查问卷是科学的,合理的,可行的,性别对于只要等赚到很多的钱,我不在乎选择什么样的职业问题是有显著关系的,因此研究结果可以为大学生就业指导提供相关借鉴。

This paper discusses the status quo of college students' career maturity from six dimensions: career goal, autonomy, self-confidence, reference, value and dependence on relatives and friends. The survey data are tested by validity and reliability. On this basis, the survey data are statistically inferred by test. The results show that the questionnaire is scientific, reasonable and feasible. As long as I earn a lot of money, I don't care what kind of occupation I choose. Therefore, the research results can provide relevant references for college students' employment guidance.
