在“一带一路”的战略背景下,分别将贵州当成“点”和“面”来进行研究,以区域差异为出发点,分析外部差异和内部差异,以期可以更深刻地了解贵州区域,挖掘其优于其他区域的优势,实现合理的区域分工,以此来完善和深化区域发展理论。

In the strategic context of the Belt and Road Initiative, we will study Guizhou as a "point" and a "surface" respectively, and take regional differences as the starting point to analyze external and internal differences in order to gain a deeper understanding of the Guizhou region. To improve and deepen the theory of regional development, we should exploit its superiority over other regions and achieve a reasonable regional division of labor.
