高校党校网络教育培训的问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Network Education and Training in Party School in Universities

高校党校网络教育培训具有共享性、延展性、针对性、灵活性及交互性等特点,不断发挥着集约、规模化效应、个性化、解决工学矛盾及沟通的效果和作用,同时也存在着三个方面的问题和不足。笔者围绕高校党校网络教育培训特点和不足展开论述和分析,并结合高校实际提出进一步改善高校党校网络教育培训实效的对策,为进一步提高高校党校工作建设和教育培训效果提供参考依据。

The network education and training of party school in universities has the characteristics of sharing, extension, pertinence, flexibility and interaction, and constantly exerts the effects including functions of intensive, scale, individuation, solving the contradiction between work and study,also communication. At the same time, there are also three problems. Through analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of network education and training in party school in universities, the author puts forward effective countermeasures to further improve the effectiveness of network education and training in party school in universities, and provides reference basis for further improving the construction of Party school in universities and the effect of education.
