摘要 阐述新能源汽车某车型尾门扭杆的开发过程:首先简单介绍新能源车型与传统燃油车相比具有更高的设计自由度,而更多的设计自由度对车身结构提出新的挑战;其次,简述尾门扭杆的功能及技术要求;接着,重点论述开发过程中出现的问题、改善措施以及试验验证。最后简单总结尾门扭杆开发过程的经验教训。 The development process of trunk lid torsion rod used in an electric vehicle was demonstrated. Compared with traditional ICE vehicles, new energy vehicles have a higher degree on design freedom in style, and this also leads to new challenge for the structure of vehicle body. The function and technical requirements for the torsion rod were described briefly. The failure problem of torsion rod in the development process,the improvement solutions, and validation of the torsion rod were focused on. The lesson learned from the development of torsion rod was concluded.
