摘要
发动机缸盖垫片密封缸体和缸盖之间的水道、油道,并防止燃烧过程中产生的高温高压气体窜入冷却系统和润滑系统,使车辆产生“冒白烟”“溢水壶冒气泡”“水温高”等故障。以某轻型国V柴油车行驶过程中水温异常升高为研究对象,通过建模分析、故障复现、试验验证,证明推迟发动机部分喷油提前角的可行性,解决了发动机缸盖垫片冲蚀问题。
The cylinder head gasket can seal cooling channel and oil gallery between cylinder head and cylinder block, to avoid high temperature /pressure gas produced in combustion process into cooling system and lubrication system, which can cause failures in vehicle, such as “white smoke releasing”,“bubbles in overflow tank”,“high water temperature”. The abnormal high water temperature in one diesel vehicle (CN V) in driving condition was studied. The feasibility of delaying some injection advance angle was proved by building 3D model and simulation analysis, failure recurrence and test validation.The erosion problem of cylinder head gasket is solved.
