摘要
通过某齿轮材料的接触疲劳强度测试,对3种获取极限应力的方法进行对比研究,结果表明:齿轮接触疲劳试验优先推荐采用升降法,不建议使用S-N曲线图解法;同时升降法测试可以通过数据稳定性检测方法有效减少齿轮接触疲劳试验点数。
The contact fatigue strength of a gear material was tested, and three kinds of method of obtaining ultimate stress were studied and compared. The results show that the method of lifting and lowering is preferred in gear contact fatigue test, and the method of S - N curve diagram is not recommended. At the same time, the method of lifting and lowering can effectively reduce the number of gear contact fatigue test points through the method of data stability detection.
