摘要
同步器齿套和齿毂装配后,渐开线花键配合间隙所形成的摆动量,是影响变速器换挡性能和换挡舒适性的重要因素之一。介绍使用专用检具测量摆动量的方法和数学模型,并根据渐开线花键构成的原理,运用建立的数学模型,着重分析花键齿侧配合时摆动量的特点,并从工艺角度提出改善摆动量的措施,为同步器的设计和制造提供参考。
After the assembly of synchronizer sleeve and hub, the radial movements which is formed by the clearance of involute mating splines is one of the most important factors influencing the performance and comfort of transmission shift. The method of using special gage to measure the value of radial movements and the calculation model were described. And using the established mathematical model and construction principle of involute spline, the characteristic of radial movements form were analyzed in detail.From the view of the manufacturing process, the key problems and their solutions affecting the radial movements were proposed too.It provides a reference for the design and manufacture of synchronizer.
