胫骨骨折闭合复位经皮置入锁定钢板固定与切开复位钢板内固定的疗效比较 被引量:7

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Closed Reduction by Percutaneous Locking Plate Fixation and Open Reduction and Plate Internal Fixation for Tibial Fracture

摘要 目的:分析研讨切开复位钢板内固定与经皮置入锁定钢板固定治疗胫骨骨折闭合复位的效果。方法:随机从笔者所在医院2016年5月-2018年6月收治的胫骨骨折闭合复位患者中抽取80例进行讨论,用随机数字法分组,其中40例接受切开复位内固定术治疗(对照组),另40例接受经皮置入锁定钢板固定术治疗(研究组),观察比较治疗效果。结果:研究组并发症总发生率7.50%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组优良率95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。结论:经皮置入锁定钢板固定术治疗胫骨骨折,术后恢复速度快,并发症少,且可在基层医院实施,若患者满足此手术指征,则可首先考虑采用经皮置入锁定钢板固定术治疗。 Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of open reduction and plate internal fixation and percutaneous locking plate fixation in the treatment of closed reduction of tibial fracture.Method:80 cases of patients with closed reduction of tibial fracture and who treated in our hospital from May,2016 to June,2018 were randomly selected for discussion,and were grouped by the random number method.40 cases were received the open reduction and internal fixation(the control group),while another 40 cases of patients were received percutaneous locking plate fixation(the study group).Then,the treatment of clinical effect were observed and compared.Result:The total incidence of complications in the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than in the control group of 30.00%(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous locking plate fixation for tibial fracture has the advantages of fast recovery and fewer complications,and can also be implemented in primary hospitals.If patients satisfy the surgical indications,percutaneous locking plate fixation may be considered first.
