MRI诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病的临床意义及价值探讨

The Clinical Significance and Value of MRI in the Diagnosis of Knee Degenerative Osteoarthrosis

目的:探讨MRI(磁共振成像)诊诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病的临床意义及其价值。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年12月治疗的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者90例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45)。对照组给予X线检查,研究组患者给予MRI诊断,对两组患者检查效果进行对比研究。结果:两组患者症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中膝关节发生疼痛钝痛最为明显;研究组软组织肿胀、软骨下囊、增生、积液、半月板变形的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将MRI断用于膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断准确率高,能够将患者的病情变化情况清楚的进行评估,有效为患者治疗提供更为有效的依据,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee degenerative osteoarthropathy.Method:A total of 90 cases of knee degenerative osteoarthropathy patients treated from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into the control group(n=45) and the study group(n=45) by random number table was.The control group was given X-ray examination,and the study group was given MRI diagnosis.The examination effect of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom(P>0.05).The detection rates of soft tissue swelling,subchondral sac,hyperplasia,hydrops and meniscus deformation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of MRI in the diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis of the knee has a high diagnostic accuracy,which can clearly evaluate the condition changes of patients,and effectively provide more effective basis for the treatment of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
