快速康复外科护理理念在行部分肺切除术肺癌患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Nursing Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Patients with Lung Cancer after Partial Pneumonectomy

目的:讨论在行部分肺切除术的肺癌患者中实施快速康复外科护理理念的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年6月收治的60例行部分肺切除术肺癌患者依据入院编号单双数随机分成对照组和研究组,对照组30例实施常规护理模式,研究组30例根据快速康复外科护理理念在围术期实施专业性护理。观察两组锻炼呼吸功能依从性、术后并发症发生率及术后疼痛评分。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率明显少于对照组,锻炼呼吸功能总依从性高于对照组,术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理理念对行部分肺切除术肺癌患者的临床效果较好,术后并发症较少,锻炼呼吸功能的依从性得到增加,能够减轻患者术后痛苦,提高术后恢复效果,值得临床应用及广泛普及。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with lung cancer undergoing partial pneumonectomy.Method:A total of 60 patients with lung cancer who underwent partial pneumonectomy in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group according to admission number,30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,and 30 patients in the research group were given professional nursing during perioperative period according to the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing.Respiratory function compliance,post-operative complications rate and post-operative painscores were observed in both groups.Result:The incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the compliance of exercise respiratory function was higher than that of the control group,and the pain scores were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a better clinical effect on patients with lung cancer undergoing partial pneumonectomy,with fewer complications,increased compliance of exercise respiratory function,alleviated the pain of patients after operation,and improved the effect of patients’ recovery.It is worthy of clinical application and wide popularization.
