大骨瓣开颅手术治疗重型颅脑外伤的效果探索

Exploration of the Effect of Craniotomy with Large Bone Flaps in the Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:探索大骨瓣开颅手术治疗重型颅脑外伤患者临床效果与价值。方法:回顾性抽取80例于2011年1月-2018年10月至笔者所在医院进行治疗的重型颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,按照不同手术方法,实施常规骨瓣开颅术进行治疗的40例为A组,实施大骨瓣开颅手术进行治疗的40例为B组。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及术后并发症发生率。结果:A组治疗总有效率为80.00%,低于B组的95.00%;A组术后并发症发生率为20.00%,高于B组的5.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重型颅脑外伤患者实施大骨瓣开颅手术进行治疗,能够有效提升临床治疗效率,同时还能降低术后并发症的发生率,对保障患者身体安全有着至关重要的作用,具有较高的治疗价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and value of craniotomy with large bone flaps in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma.Method:From January 2011 to October 2018,80 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who were treated in the hospitalwere retrospectively selected.According to different surgical methods,40 patients who treated with conventional craniotomy were selected as group A.40 patients who were treated with large craniotomy were selected as group B.The clinical treatment effect and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group A was 80.00%,and lower than 95.00% of group B.The incidence of complications in group A was 20.00%,and higher than 5.00% of group B.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large craniotomy for severe craniocerebral trauma patients can effectively improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and reduce the incidence of complications.It plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of patients.It has high therapeutic value and is worthy of clinical application.
