摘要 目的评价反馈式教学在急诊科临床带教中的应用效果,以提高临床护生的急救技能和职业认同感。方法将120 名实习护生随机分为两组。试验组采用三步骤反馈式教学方法,包括通过实际临床患者进行操作授课、实习护生学习并掌握、实习护生讲老师听;对照组采用传统教学方法;比较两组学生在急救技能考核成绩和职业认同感两方面的差异。结果试验组在留置导尿、静脉输液及心肺复苏3 项急救技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,实验组职业认同感的问卷均优于对照组。两组学生组间比较具有可比性,差异有统计学意义。结论反馈式教学有利于提高急诊实习护生的急救技能和职业认同感。 Objective To evaluate the effect of feedback teaching in clinical teaching of emergency department in order to improve the first aid skills and professional identity of clinical nursing students. Methods 120 intern nurses were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used the three-step feedback teaching method.It included teaching by actual clinical patients, learning and mastering by practical nursing students, and listening to teachers by practical nursing students. The control group used the traditional teaching method. The difference between the two groups in the first aid skills assessment and professional identity was compared. Results The results of the test group in three first aid skills of indwelling catheterization, intravenous infusion and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were significantly better than those of the control group, and the questionnaire of occupational identity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The comparison between the two groups was comparable, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Feedback teaching is helpful to improve the first aid skills and professional identity of emergency interns.
