摘要
目的探讨SP联合PBL模式在南方医科大学第二临床医学院妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法将南方医科大学第二临床医学院临床医学专业大四学生108人随机分为两组,实验组和对照组,实验组在妇产科学教学中采用SP联合PBL模式,而对照组继续在妇产科学教学中采用传统教学模式,通过在学期末比较两组学生的理论笔试成绩、平时成绩和问卷调查情况来比较两组的教学效果。数据采用SPSS软件分析。结果实验组的理论笔试、平时成绩均略高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果发现半数以上学生认可联合模式的教学,并认为对他们学习妇产科学有帮助。结论SP联合PBL教学模式用于妇产科学教学是有效的,一定程度上提高了妇产科学教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of SP combined with PBL model in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in the Second Clinical Medical College of Southern Medical University. Methods A total of 108 senior students in clinical medicine majors from the Second Clinical Medical College of Southern Medical University were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used SP combined with PBL mode in obstetrics and gynecology teaching, while the control group continued The traditional teaching mode was used in the teaching of obstetrics and gynaecology. The teaching results of the two groups were compared by comparing the theoretical written test scores, the usual scores and the questionnaire surveys of the two groups of students at the end of the semester. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Results The theoretical written test and the usual scores of the experimental group were slightly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The results of the survey found that more than half of the students recognized the teaching of the joint model and thought it would be helpful for them to study obstetrics and gynaecology. Conclusion SP combined with PBL teaching mode is effective for obstetrics and gynecology teaching, which improves the quality of obstetrics and gynecology teaching to some extent.
