摘要
目的探讨分析以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学模式在呼吸内科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2011 ~ 2012 级五年制本科的84 名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,于2015 年1 月—2016 年6 月在本院呼吸内科接收实习教育。随机分组为TBL 组与对照组,两组均为42 名学生。对照组采用“床边带教”的常规教学方法,TBL 组采用以团队为基础的学习的教学模式,比较两组实习生教学前后的考试成绩及其对教学模式的效果评价。结果:TBL 组实习生教学后的理论考试与案例分析成绩皆高于对照组(P < 0.05),对教学模式效果的认同度评分明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学模式能够显著提高呼吸内科临床实习生的学习成绩,具有更高的实习生认同度。
Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning (TBL) teaching model in clinical practice teaching of respiratory Medicine department. Methods From January 2015 to June 2016, 84 fiveyear clinical medical undergraduate students of class 2011~2012 who received internship education in department of respiratory medicine in the hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into TBL group and control group, with 42 students in each group. The control group adopted the "bedside teaching" routine teaching method, and the TBL group adopted the team-based learning teaching model. The test scores of the two groups before and after teaching and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the teaching model were compared. Results The scores of theoretical examination and case analysis in the TBL group were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05), and the recognition score of the teaching model was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Team-based learning (TBL) teaching model can significantly improve the learning performance of clinical interns in respiratory medicine, and has a higher recognition score.
