摘要
目的探讨原发性肺癌的临床带教中应用PBL 教学法的效果。方法将62 例胸外科见习生随机分成观察组(31 例)与对照组(31 例),对照组应用传统临床带教模式,观察组应用PBL 教学法进行临床带教,观察两组见习生临床带教效果。结果见习结束后观察组见习生理论知识、技能操作、病例分析及病历书写各考核成绩评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组见习生对临床带教的总满意率为96.77%,明显高于对照组80.64%的总满意率(P < 0.05)。结论在见习生原发性肺癌的临床带教中,采用PBL 教学法可显著提高见习生的考核成绩,并提高见习生对临床带教的总满意率。
Objective To investigate the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of primary lung cancer. Methods 62 cases of cancer students were randomly divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The control group used traditional clinical teaching mode. The observation group applied PBL teaching method for clinical teaching and observed two groups of students. Clinical teaching effect. Results After the completion of the apprenticeship, the scores of the theoretical knowledge, skill operation, case analysis and medical record writing of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group to the clinical teaching was 96.77% was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 80.64% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of primary lung cancer in trainees, the use of PBL teaching method can significantly improve the assessment results of trainees and improve the overall satisfaction rate of trainees to clinical teaching.
