精细化管理联合CPBL教学在骨科护理带教中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨精细化管理联合CPBL教学在骨科护理带教中的应用。方法选择2018年1—6月在本科实习的28名同学作为对照组,2018年7—12月实习的30名护生作为观察组。对照组采取传统带教模式,观察组在传统带教的基础上予精细化管理联合CPBL教学模式,根据实习同学的学历水平结合入科理论摸底测试成绩及综合素质能力制定精细化管理,并实施CPBL教学模式,每批实习同学均为4周。比较两组护理实习同学的护理理论知识、技能操作及护理综合能力,护理实习同学对教学安排评分和教学满意度评分。结果观察组护理知识、技能操作以及护理综合能力考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对教学安排评分和教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理联合CPBL教学带教模式能提高护理实习同学积极、主动性,充分调动实习同学的学习兴趣,从而提高护理教学水平,同时也使护理带教获得高度的认可及评价。 Objective To explore the application of meticulous management combined with CPBL teaching in orthopedic nursing teaching. Methods Twenty-eight nursing students who were internship in our department from January to June 2018 were selected as the control group, and 30 nursing students who were internship from July to December 2018 were selected as observation groups. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The observation group applied meticulous management combined with CPBL teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching.According to the level of education, the theoretical test results and the comprehensive quality ability of the internship students, a refined management plan was developed and the CPBL teaching mode was implemented. Internship time for each batch of students was four weeks. The nursing theory knowledge, skill operation and comprehensive nursing ability of the nursing intern students were compared, and the nursing intern students scored the teaching arrangement and the teaching satisfaction score. Results The nursing knowledge, skill operation and comprehensive nursing ability assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The observation group's teaching arrangement score and teaching satisfaction were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of meticulous management and CPBL teaching mode can improve the active learning of nursing students, and fully mobilize the interest of students in the internship, which improve the level of nursing teaching. At the same time, the nursing teacher is highly recognized and evaluated.
