教师标准化病人结合案例教学法在神经病学临床见习中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨教师标准化病人结合案例教学法在神经病学临床见习中的应用效果。方法选取在本院见习的滨州医学院2015 级临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30 人。实验组采用教师标准化病人结合案例教学法教学,对照组采用传统教学法,见习结束后进行考核,并通过调查问卷对见习效果进行评价。结果实验组学生临床技能考核成绩高于对照组(P < 0.05),差异有统计学意义;对教学方法、医患沟通能力培养、临床思维能力培养、临床技能操作能力培养、课堂气氛的满意度均高于对照组(P < 0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论神经病学见习中应用教师标准化病人结合案例教学法教学,可有效提高临床见习质量及医学生的综合能力。 Objective To explore the effects of teacher standardized patient (TSP) combined with case-based learning (CBL) in clinical probation of neurology. Methods 60 students majoring in clinical medicine in Binzhou Medical University in 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There were 30 students in each group. The experimental group was given CBL combined with TSP. The control group was given lecture-based learning. At the end of clinical probation, the examination was conducted and the teaching satisfaction was evaluated through a questionnaire. The examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical skills scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of teaching methods, doctor-patient communication ability, clinical thinking ability, clinical skill operation ability, and classroom atmosphere of the experimental group were all higher than the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of TSP combined with CBL can improves effects of clinical probation of neurology and cultivates the synthetic ability of the medical students.
