多元化教学在呼吸内科护理教学中的效果评估 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究多元化教学在呼吸内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,以2016 年7 月—2018 年4 月于本院呼吸内科实习的60 例专科护理专业护生为研究对象,根据所接受护理教学模式的不同分为对照组(n = 28)和观察组(n = 32)。对照组护生接受传统模式教学,观察组护生则在对照组的基础上接受小组讨论、小组互评及小组比赛等多元化教学模式带教。于教学结束后,比较两组护生理论知识、专科护理操作、护理查房考试成绩,同时评估护生对自身接受护理教学方法的满意度。结果观察组护生理论知识、专科护理操作、护理查房成绩均分别显著高于对照组,同时观察组护生对自身接受护理教学的满意度评分亦明显高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论多元化教学应用于呼吸内科护理带教效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching in respiratory medicine nursing teaching. Methods Retrospective analysis method was used, 60 cases of nursing students majoring in respiratory medicine in the hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research object, and divided into the control group according to the different nursing teaching modes (n=28) and the observation group (n=32). The nursing students in the control group were taught in the traditional mode, while on the basis of the control group, the nursing students of the observation group were taught in a multi-disciplinary teaching mode such as group discussion, group mutual evaluation and group competition. At the end of the teaching, the two groups of nursing students' theoretical knowledge, specialist nursing operation, nursing examination results and satisfaction with nursing teaching methods were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge of nursing students, specialist nursing operation and nursing inspection scores were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the satisfaction score of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the above differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified teaching in the nursing of respiratory medicine has remarkable effect.
