摘要
目的分析纤维支气管镜在可视化气管插管麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取本校2017年7月—2018年7月期间临床麻醉见习的学生90名作为研究对象,根据麻醉见习学生在学校学号进行分组,学号为单数的45名学生分入传统组,学号为双数的45名学生分入实验组,分别采取传统教学模式和应用纤维支气管镜引导气管插管麻醉进行现场演示的教学模式,比较两组教学效果,结果:实验组学生满意度为91.11%,VAS评分为(8.92±0.80)分,均高于传统组学生,教学效果更佳(P<0.05),两组学生第一次理论考核成绩比较无显著差异,实验组学生第二次理论考核成绩、实践操作成绩分别为(93.37±5.06)分、(92.33±3.27)分,均高于传统组学生(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜在可视化气管插管麻醉教学中的应用效果显著,能有效提高麻醉专业学生成绩,对教学满意度,提高麻醉教学质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the teaching of visualized tracheal intubation anesthesia. Methods A total of 90 students with clinical anesthesia during the period from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the anesthesia students, the students were grouped in the school number. The 45 students with the singular number were assigned to the traditional group.The 45 students with a double number were assigned to the experimental group. The traditional teaching mode and the teaching mode of using the fiberoptic bronchoscopy to guide the tracheal intubation anesthesia for live demonstration were compared. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The student satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.11. The VAS score was (8.92±0.80), which was higher than that of the traditional group, and the teaching effect was better (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the first theoretical assessment between the two groups. The second theory of the experimental group students The scores of examination and practice were (93.37±5.06) points and (92.33±3.27) points, which were higher than those of the traditional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the teaching of visualized tracheal intubation anesthesia is effective, which can effectively improve the performance of anesthesiology students, satisfy the teaching and improve the quality of anesthesia teaching.
