硕士研究生多学科协作诊治模式知晓度的调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查外科临床硕士研究生对多学科协作诊治模式(MDT)模式的知晓度,以期更好对他们应用这种模式进行针对的教学。方法选取本院各年级外科临床专业硕士研究生共60人,每年级20人,采用问卷或对话的形式进行调查,比较不同年级研究生对MDT的知晓率,P<0.05有统计学意义。结果一年级的新生对MDT的定义只有3个学生知道一些,对MDT的执行及意义的了解几乎为零。随着年级的升高,对MDT的定义、执行及意义的知晓度明显升高,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论目前外科临床专业硕士研究生对MDT的了解度不尽人意,还需要加强这方面的教学。在临床专业研究生教学过程采用理论和实践相结合的方式,让学生对MDT有深入的了解后积极参与MDT 执行、讨论,并在这一过程不断提高自己的临床诊治水平,更好的为患者服务。 Objective To investigate the awareness of the multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) for surgical master's degree students, better teaching them with application of this model. Methods A total of 60 masters of surgical clinical majors in all grades of the hospital were selected, with 20 students per year. Questionnaires were used in the form of questionnaires or dialogues to compare the awareness rate of MDT among graduate students of different grades, P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results Only the three students knew about the definition of MDT in the first-year freshmen, and the understanding of the implementation and meaning of MDT was almost zero. As the grades increased, the definition of MDT, the degree of implementation and significance increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion At present, the master degree of surgical clinical postgraduate students' understanding of MDT is not satisfactory, and it is necessary to strengthen the teaching in this aspect. In the clinical professional postgraduate teaching process, a combination of theory and practice is adopted to enable students to actively participate in MDT implementation and discussion after deep understanding of MDT, and to continuously improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment and better serve patients in this process.
