摘要
我国医患关系日益严峻,医患双方的各种因素导致医患纠纷频发,其中医患沟通不良是主要原因之一。临床专业学位研究生是研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训制度的有机结合,但由于科研、学习、生活、心理等多方面因素影响,其医患沟通能力的培养仍有欠缺,因此加强临床专业学位研究生医患沟通能力具有重要意义。本文由医患关系社会现状入手,从法律法规、医患双方认知差异、互联网媒体三方面阐述影响医患关系的因素,具体分析临床专业学位研究生医患沟通现状,并从理论学习、临床实践、自身能力提升、增强信心等方面提出加强临床专业学位研究生医患沟通能力的策略。
The relationship between doctors and patients in China is becoming more and more serious. The various factors of doctors and patients lead to frequent disputes between doctors and patients, and poor communication between doctors and patients is one of the main reasons. Clinical professional degree graduate students are an organic combination of graduate education and resident standardized training system. However, due to various factors such as scientific research, study, life and psychology, the training of doctors and patients is still lacking. Therefore, the clinical professional degree graduate is strengthened. Communication skills are of great significance. This article starts with the current situation of doctorpatient relationship society, expounds the factors affecting the relationship between doctors and patients from the three aspects of laws and regulations, cognitive differences between doctors and patients, and the Internet media, and analyzes the current situation of communication between doctors and patients in clinical professional degree, and from theoretical study and clinical practice. The strategy of strengthening the communication ability of doctors and patients in clinical professional degree graduates is proposed in terms of self-improvement and confidence enhancement.
