助产士分级授权管理模式对产房质量的影响

The Influence of Midwives’ Hierarchical Authorization Management Mode on the Quality Control of Delivery Room

目的研究在产房质量控制中使用助产士分级授权管理模式的临床效果和价值。方法实验组选为2017 年5 月—2018 年5 月期间本院收入的行助产士分级授权管理模式的60 例分娩产妇,参照组选为2016 年5 月—2017 年4 月期间本院收入的行常规管理模式的60 例分娩产妇,评价两组满意度评分、职业成就感评分、产房质量控制情况。结果与参照组相关数据比较,实验组满意度评分、职业成就感评分优于参照组(P < 0.05),伤口愈合不良、会阴侧切、新生儿窒息、会阴Ⅲ度撕裂较比参照组发生率更低(P < 0.05)。结论使用助产士分级授权管理模式在产房质量控制中展现较为显著作用。

Objective To study the clinical effect and value of midwives graded authorization management mode in quality control of delivery room. Methods The experimental group was selected as 60 parturients in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. The reference group was selected as 60 parturients in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017. Evaluation of two groups of satisfaction scores, occupational achievement scores, and quality control of delivery rooms. Results Compared with the relevant data of the reference group, the satisfaction score and career achievement score of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The incidence of wound healing, lateral perineal incision, neonatal asphyxia and Ⅲ degree perineal tear was lower in the experimental group than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There was statistical significance between the data indicators. Conclusion The use of midwives hierarchical Authorization Management Model in the delivery room quality control shows a more significant role.
