输血检验中应用低离子聚凝胺技术的安全性和可靠性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析低离子聚凝胺(MPT)技术应用于临床输血检验的可行性、安全性。方法以2016年7月—2018年1月期间输血检验者为研究对象,人数189例,随机分组,B组共94例(采用盐水法)、A组人数95例(采用MPT技术),比较不同方式检验耗时、输血阳性检出率,观察不同检验的临床价值(准确度、灵敏度)及输血不良反应发生。结果A组较B组阳性检出率、灵敏度、准确度高,P<0.05;A组不良反应发生率为5.26%,低于B组23.68%,P<0.05;A组检查耗时短。结论临床在输血检验中应用MPT技术,不仅阳性检出率高、检验耗时短,且检验准确度、灵敏度高,还能有效减少患者输血不良反应发生。 Objective To analyze the clinical feasibility and safety of manual polybrene test (MPT) in the blood transfusion. Methods 189 cases underwent the blood transfusion from July 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected and assigned to control group (n=94) and observation group (n=95) according to odd or even registration number. The control group was tested with saline method;the observation group was tested with MPT. The examination time, positive detection rate, clinical value (diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity) and adverse reactions were probed. Results The positive detection rate, diagnosis sensitivity and accuracy in the observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05);the adverse event rate in the observation group (5.26%) was lower than control group (23.68%)(P<0.05);the examination time in the observation group was shortened. Conclusion MPT can not only improve the positive detection rate, diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity and shorten the examination time, but also reduce the adverse event rate.
