rTMS联合常规药物治疗精神分裂症伴强迫症效果

rTMS Combined with Conventional Drugs for The Treatment of Schizophrenia with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

目的分析rTMS(经颅磁刺激治疗仪)联合常规药物治疗精神分裂症伴强迫症临床效果及预后。方法选择2017 年1 月-2018 年1月本院收治69 例精神分裂症伴强迫症患者,将患者分为两组,对照组34 例采用常规药物治疗,研究组35 例使用rTMS 联合常规药物治疗,对两组临床效果及预后情况进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组,比较差异具统计意义(P < 0.05);治疗后,研究组第1 周、第2 周、第3 周及第4 周MMSE 评分(20.29±0.87)分、(22.04±0.77)分、(24.11±0.78)分、(25.79±0.65)分高于对照组(P< 0.05);研究组不良反应2.86%低于对照组23.53%,比较差异具统计意义(P < 0.05)。结论 rTMS 联合常规药物治疗精神分裂症伴强迫症临床效果显著,有效改善患者智力状况,减少不良反应发生,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of rTMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy instrument) combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia with obsessivecompulsive disorder. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 69 patients with schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder were enrolled in the hospital. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional drugs in 34 cases, and the research group was treated with rTMS combined with conventional drugs. Treatment, the clinical effects and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 97.14% higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the first, second, third and fourth weeks of the study group were MMSE. The scores were (20.29±0.87),(22.04±0.77),(24.11±0.78), and (25.79±0.65) higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusionr TMS combined with conventional drugs for the treatment of schizophrenia with obsessivecompulsive disorder has a clinical effect, which can effectively improve the mental status of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of popularization in clinical use.
