PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察

PFNA in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur in the Elderly

目的探讨闭合复位PFNA 内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果,分析其应用的安全性和可行性。方法以2015 年6 月到2018 年6 月期间收治的62 例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为对象,患者均行闭合复位PFNA 内固定治疗,观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间。按照Sangers 功能评分进行疗效评定。结果患者手术时间(55±10)min,患者术中出血量(60±10)mL,骨折愈合时间(14±2)周;Sangers 疗效评分优43 例,良17 例,差2 例,优良率96.77%。结论闭合复位PFNA 内固定治疗老年粗隆间骨折的疗效显著,骨折愈合时间短,出血量少,显著提升患者的雨后质量,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly, and to analyze the safety and feasibility of its application. Methods From June 2015 to June 2018, 62 patients with femoral trochanter fracture were treated with closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation. The curative effect of clinical treatment was compared. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and fracture healing time were observed. Evaluation of curative effect according to Sangers functional score. Result The operation time was (55±10) minutes, the blood volume was (60±10) mL and the fracture healing time was (14±2) weeks. The Sangers score was excellent in 43 cases, good in 17 cases, poor in 2 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 96.77%. Conclusion Closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of elderly trochanteric fracture has remarkable curative effect, short fracture healing time, less bleeding, significantly improving the quality of patients after rain, and has a positive promotion value.
