两种药物联合治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症的研究

Study on Combination of Two Drugs in Treating Diabetes Mellitus With Hyperlipidemia

目的探讨洛伐他汀、二甲双胍联合治疗初发2 型糖尿病伴高脂血症效果分析。方法根据研究要求,所有2017 年2 月至2018 年2月入院为研究样本的患者,均为临床诊断的初发2 型糖尿病伴高脂血症疾病,遵循患者自主意愿,核对入排标准纳入134 例患者,将134例患者进行电脑随机分组,对照组和研究组各有67 例,对照组患者接受二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者接受洛伐他汀、二甲双胍联合治疗,观察在不同治疗方式下,两组患者的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG。结果观察组患的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG 均低于对照组患者,各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论洛伐他汀、二甲双胍联合治疗初发2 型糖尿病伴高脂血症,治疗效果较为显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of lovastatin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. Methods According to the research requirements, all patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. 134 patients were included according to the patients' independent wishes and the admission criteria. 134 patients were randomly divided into control group with 67 patients in each group and research group. Patients in the control group received metformin treatment, while patients in the observation group received lovastatin and metformin combined treatment. FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TC and TG of the two groups were observed under different treatment modes. Results FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TC, TG in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (p<0.05) and the data differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Lovastatin and metformin are effective in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.
