小剂量他达拉非联合中药治疗男性勃起功能障碍分析

Analysis of Low-dose Tadalafil associated with chinese medicine treatment in Male Erectile Dysfunction

目的分析男性勃起功能障碍患者采用小剂量他达拉非联合中药治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院在2017年12月-2018年12月收治的男性勃起功能障碍患者56例,将56例患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=28)与对照组(n=28),对照组接受中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小剂量他达拉非联合治疗,比对两组患者治疗效果、勃起功能评分、阴茎勃起硬度评分。结果观察组治疗效果、勃起功能评分、阴茎勃起硬度评分与对照组临床指标数据相比,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论男性勃起功能障碍患者采用小剂量他达拉非联合中药治疗,可以有效改善患者临床病症,提高勃起功能评分、阴茎勃起硬度评分,促进患者康复,改善患者预后,可推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose tadalafil associated with chinese medicine treatment in male patients with erectile dysfunction. Methods 56 patients with erectile dysfunction were enrolled in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018. 56 patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=28) and control group (n=28). The control group received Chinese medicine treatment. The observation group was combined with low-dose tadalafil treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, erectile function score and penile erection hardness score were compared between the two groups. Results the therapeutic effect, erectile function score and penile erectile hardness score of the observation group were significantly compared with the clinical index data of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose tadalafil associated with chinese medicine treatment in male patients with erectile dysfunction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the erectile function score, penile erection hardness score, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and should be promote.
