抗菌药物联合抑制胃酸治疗消化性溃疡的分析

Analysis of Antibiotics Combined With Gastric Acid in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨在消化性溃疡的治疗中应用抗菌药物联合抑制胃酸分泌药物的临床效果。方法从2016 年12 月到2018 年12 月本院收治的消化性溃疡患者中随机抽取86 例作为研究对象,以治疗方式的不同平均分为A 组和B 组,每组各43 例。A 组患者采取单纯抑酸治疗,B 组患者则采取抗菌药物联合抑制胃酸分泌药物进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和满意度。结果 A 组患者对治疗的满意度为69.77%;B 组患者对治疗的满意度为93.02%,B 组患者的满意度明显高于A 组(P <0.05);A 组患者的治疗总有效率为72.09%;B 组患者的治疗总有效率为95.35%,B 组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于A 组(P <0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡的治疗中应用抗菌药物联合抑制胃酸分泌药物有很好的临床疗效,且患者满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antibacterial drugs combined with inhibition of gastric acid secretion drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 86 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital in the past two years were randomly selected as subjects. The average treatment was divided into group A and group B, with 43 in each group. Patients in group A were treated with acid suppression alone, and patients in group B were treated with antibacterial drugs combined with gastric acid secretion, and the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of treatment in group A was 69.77%;the satisfaction of treatment in group B was 93.02%, and the satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). The efficiency was 72.09%;the total effective rate of treatment in group B was 95.35%, and the total effective rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of antibacterial drugs combined with inhibition of gastric acid secretion in the treatment of peptic ulcer has a good clinical effect, and patient satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of clinical application.
