风险管理在高压氧护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Risk Management in Hyperbaric Oxygen Nursing Management

目的探究风险管理在高压氧护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2017 年10 月-2018 年10 月本院接受高压氧治疗患者76 例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表发分组,即对照组与观察组,每组各38 例,其中对照组实施基础高压氧护理,观察组实施风险管理。比较两组毒副反应、不良事件以及满意度情况。结果观察组无毒副反应、不良事件发生,明显低于对照组的毒副反应、不良事件发生率13.16%及13.16%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组满意度为100.00%,高于对照组满意度81.58%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论为高压氧治疗患者开展风险管理,有利于降低患者毒副反应,减少不良事件出现,同时有效提升其满意度,促使患者康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in hyperbaric oxygen care management. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 76 patients who underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy in our hospital were included in the observation. According to the random number table, the control group and the observation group were 38 cases in each group. The control group was given basic hyperbaric oxygen nursing and the observation group was given risk management. The side effects, adverse events and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nontoxic side effects and adverse events occurred in the observation group, which was significantly lower than the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse events in the control group of 13.16% and 13.16%. T There were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (81.58%). There were significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Risk management for hyperbaric oxygen therapy patients is beneficial to reduce the side effects of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and effectively improve their satisfaction and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
