摘要
随着社会经济发展速度的加快,人们的生活质量不断提升,从而对于餐饮业的要求也越来越高。中式面点是我国饮食的主要组成部分,人们对于中式面点的需求逐渐提升。在这一背景下,中式面点不断创新,力求在中华美食中完美结合中华文化,推动中式面点朝着更良好的方向发展。本文首先对现阶段中式面点的主要类型加以介绍,探讨中式面点的造型,最后提出其在制作中的规范要求。
The speed of social and economic development is accelerating, people continue to improve the quality of life, and the requirements for the catering industry are also getting higher and higher. Chinese style pastry is a very important part of the Chinese diet. People’s demand for Chinese style pastry is improving.
