富含营养的畜牧产品是人们饮食以及生活中不可缺少的一部分,确保其加工以及来源的安全性也是食品安全监督工作的重点。为此,此次研究将重点针对动物源性食品内兽药残留的检测方法展开探讨,以期为相关工作提供参考。

A large number of nutritious livestock products are an indispensable part of people’s diet and life. It is also the focus of food safety supervision to ensure the safety of their processing channels and sources. To this end, this study focused on the detection of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods, in order to provided reference for related work.
