摘要
2019年上半年,承德市食品药品检验检测中心对兴隆县、营子区等县(区)共99家企业抽取了204批次山楂制品,分别为果丹皮、山楂片、山楂汉堡、山楂球及山楂卷等。依据GB/T10782-2006《蜜饯通则》的规定,对山楂制品的防腐剂、着色剂、重金属以及微生物指标进行了检测,并对结果进行分析,得出承德市山楂制品质量状况,为消费者选购山楂制品提供理论支持,并对山楂企业的生产提供技术指导。
In the first half of 2019, our center collected 204 batches of hawthorn products from 99 enterprises in Xinglong County and Yingzi District, respectively, including cortex moutan, hawthorn slices, hawthorn hamburgers, hawthorn balls, hawthorn rolls, etc. According to GB/T 10782-2006 preservatives, colorants, heavy metals and microbiological indicators of hawthorn products were detected, and the results were analyzed, so as to obtain the quality status of hawthorn products in our city, provide theoretical support for consumers to purchase hawthorn products, and provide technical guidance for the production of hawthorn enterprises.
