摘要
根据GB/T22338-2008《动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量测定》,通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对动物源性食品中氯霉素的测定过程进行分析,确定整个测定过程中影响结果的不确定度来源,对不确定度进行计算及分析,评定出测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当样品中氯霉素含量为1.84mg·kg^-1时,取置信水平P=95%,扩展不确定度为0.151mg·kg^-1(k=2),其结果可表示为(1.84±0.151)mg·kg^-1,真实反映测量的置信度和准确性,为采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量得出的结果提供可靠的理论依据。
This experiment according to GB/T 22338-2008, analyse the determination process of chloramphenicol in animal-derived food by HPLC-MS, ensure the source of uncertainty affecting the results during the whole determination process, calculate and analyse the uncertainty, evaluate the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of measurement results. When the content of chloramphenicol in the sample is 1.84 mg·kg^-1, make the confidence level P=95%, the expanded uncertainty is 0.151 mg·kg^-1, the result can be expressed as (1.84±0.151) mg·kg^-1, truly reflect the confidence and accuracy of the measurement, provide a reliable theoretical evidence for the results of determination of chloramphenicol residues in animal-derived foods.
