摘要
本文建立并优化了冷冻液液萃取结合QuEChERS方法的前处理步骤,应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)高效测定水产制品中N-二甲基亚硝胺。此测定方法可操作性强,稳定性好,准确性高,适用于水产制品中N-二甲基亚硝胺的批量检测分析。
The pretreatment steps of frozen liquid extraction combined with QuEChERS method were established and optimized. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to efficiently determine N-dimethylnitrosamine in aquatic products. The method has strong operability, good stability and high accuracy, and is suitable for batch detection and analysis of N-dimethylnitrosamine in aquatic products.
