摘要 目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠道微生态及氧化应激因子的影响。方法选择本院收治102例UC患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组采用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.08%,明显高于对照组的80.39%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、B/E值明显高于对照组及治疗前,大肠埃希菌明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SOD水平明显高于对照组及治疗前,LPO水平明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗UC患者,可有效调节肠道微生态平衡,改善氧化应激因子。 Objective To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined with tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets on intestinal microecology and oxidative stress factors in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods A total of 102 patients with UC admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mesalazine, while the observation group was treated with mesalazine combined with tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.08%, which was significantly higher than 80.39% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the values of Bifidobacteria, Lactobacillus and B/E in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment, and the amount of Escherichia coli was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, SOD level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and before treatment, and LPO level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Mesalazine combined with tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets on patients with UC can effectively regulate the intestinal microecological balance and improve oxidative stress factors.
