有限内固定联合外固定支架治疗开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of open comminuted tibiofibular fracture

目的探讨有限内固定联合外固定支架治疗开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的46例开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折的患者,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(23例,外固定支架治疗)与观察组(23例,外固定支架+有限内固定治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组患者的BI及SF-36评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有限内固定联合外固定支架治疗开放粉碎性胫腓骨骨折疗效显著,可以降低患者的术后并发症发生率,提高患者的独立生活能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of open comminuted tibiofibular fracture. Methods A total of 46 patients with open comminuted tibiofibular fracture admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group (23 cases, external fixation treatment) and observation group (23 cases, external fixation+limited internal fixation treatment) according to the different treatment methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);at 3 months after treatment, the scores of BI and SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of open comminuted tibiofibular fracture has a significant effect, which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients' independent living ability and quality of life.
