天益胶囊联合经颅磁刺激治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tianyi capsule combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on Meniere’s disease

目的观察天益胶囊联合经颅磁刺激治疗梅尼埃病(气虚痰瘀内阻型眩晕病)的临床效果。方法将72例梅尼埃病患者根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服治疗,治疗组给予天益胶囊口服联合经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效、眩晕残障程度、耳鸣症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗10 d后,治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组DHI、耳鸣症状评分均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天益胶囊联合经颅刺激治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianyi capsule combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on Meniere's disease (vertigo of Qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis type). Methods A total of 72 patients with Meniere's disease were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given betahistine mesylate tablets orally, while the treatment group was given Tianyi capsules orally combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation. The clinical efficacy, degree of vertigo and disability, tinnitus symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 10 days of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of DHI and tinnitus symptom in the two groups improved significantly, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Tianyi capsule combined with transcranial stimulation on Meniere's disease is remarkable.
