中西医结合治疗输卵管慢性炎症性不孕的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility with chronic inflammatory of fallopian tube

目的分析中西医结合治疗输卵管慢性炎症性不孕的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例输卵管慢性炎症性不孕患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用输卵管通液术治疗,观察组采用输卵管通液术结合中药复方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率和妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生育压力评分明显降低,生活质量评分明显升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输卵管通液术结合中药复方治疗输卵管慢性炎症性不孕疗效显著,可以提高患者妊娠率,降低生育压力,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility with chronic inflammatory of fallopian tube. Methods Sixty patients with infertility with chronic inflammatory of fallopian tube admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydrotubation, while the observation group was given hydrotubation combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the fertility stress score of the two groups significantly reduced, and the quality of life score significantly increased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrotubation combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment for infertility with chronic inflammatory of fallopian tube has a significant effect, which can improve the pregnancy rate of patients, reduce the fertility pressure, and improve the quality of life.
