针对性护理干预对消化内科患者生活质量的影响

Effect of targeted nursing intervention on quality of life of patients in digestive medicine department

目的探讨针对性护理干预对消化内科患者生活质量的影响。方法选取162例消化内科患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组81例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度和生活质量。结果观察组患者的临床护理总有效率为93.83%,明显高于对照组的74.07%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.30%,明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的BP、PF、MH、RP、RE、GH、SF和VT评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于消化内科患者效果显著,不仅提高护理满意度,而且明显改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on quality of life of patients in digestive medicine department. Methods A total of 162 patients in digestive medicine department were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 81 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention. The nursing effects, nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.83%, which was significantly higher than 74.07% in the control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 96.30%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of BP, PF, MH, RP, RE, GH, SF and VT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention applied to patients in digestive medicine department has a significant effect, which not only improves the nursing satisfaction of patients, but also significantly improves the quality of life of patients.
