医院药师培训与药学服务质量的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the training of hospital pharmacists and the quality of pharmaceutical care

目的探讨医院药师培训与药学服务质量的相关性。方法我院药学部于2018年1至3月对门诊药房12名药师进行继续教育培训指导,以此次培训时间点为分界线,随机选取2017年1至12月我院门诊患者150例为对照组,随机选取2018年4月至2019年1月我院门诊患者150例为观察组。比较两组患者对药学服务的满意度、不良事件发生率及药学服务质量。结果观察组患者对药学服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者药学服务质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院药师培训与药学服务质量息息相关,对医院药师进行培训可以提高患者满意度,降低不良事件发生率,进而提高医院药学服务质量。

Objective To explore the correlation between the training of hospital pharmacists and the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods The training guidance of continuing education for 12 pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy from January to March 2018 were conducted by the pharmaceutical department of our hospital. Taking the training time as the demarcation line, 150 outpatients in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly selected as control group, and 150 outpatients in our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as observation group. The satisfaction of patients with pharmaceutical care, the incidences of adverse events and the quality of pharmaceutical care were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients with pharmaceutical care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the score of quality of pharmaceutical care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospital pharmacist training is closely related to the quality of pharmaceutical care. Training hospital pharmacists can improve patients' satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse events and ameliorate the quality of pharmaceutical care in hospital.
