氯吡格雷配伍阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞的临床效果

Clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的观察氯吡格雷配伍阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法将我院神经内科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的93例脑梗塞患者根据不同治疗措施分成对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)。对照组予以阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血清一氧化氮(NO)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.74%,显著高于对照组的76.09%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清NO水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率为8.51%,略低于对照组的10.87%(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷配伍阿司匹林治疗脑梗塞较单一用药更有效,其可显著提高患者血清NO水平,且不良反应较少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 93 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (47 cases) according to different treatment measures. The control group was treated with aspirin, while the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy, levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%, which was significantly higher than 76.09% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum NO in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the level of serum NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment period, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51%, which was slightly lower than 10.87% in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction is more effective than single drug, which can significantly increase the levels of serum NO of patients and with less adverse reactions.
