摘要
目的探究体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)联合物理振动排石治疗肾下盏结石的效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年12月于我院接受治疗的110例肾下盏结石患者为研究对象,按照交替随机分组法将其分为对照组与研究组,各55例。对照组予以ESWL术联合术后常规排石,研究组予以ESWL术联合物理振动排石。比较两组术后第1、7、14天排石率、术前及术后24 h Cys-C水平及并发症发生情况。结果术后第1、7、14天,研究组排石率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后24 h,研究组Cys-C水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血尿及发热发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ESWL术联合物理振动排石治疗肾下盏结石的效果良好,可减少患者肾功能损害及手术并发症。
Objective To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) combined with physical vibration lithecbole in the treatment of lower calyceal calculi. Methods A total of 110 patients with lower calyceal calculi treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to alternating random grouping method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received ESWL combined with routine lithotripsy after operation, while the study group received ESWL combined with physical vibration lithecbole. The passing stone rate on the 1st, 7th and 14th day after operation, Cys-C levels before and 24 hours after operation and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results On the 1st, 7th and 14th day after the operation, the passing stone rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). At 24 hours after operation, the Cys-C level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of hematuria and fever in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ESWL combined with physical vibration lithecbole is effective in the treatment of lower calyceal calculi, which can reduce renal function damage and surgical complications.
