Effect of different ovulation promotion regimens on infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的探究不同促排卵方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的90例PCOS患者的临床资料,将其按治疗方案的不同分为甲、乙、丙组,各30例。甲组患者以氯米芬(CC)方案治疗,乙组患者以人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)方案治疗,丙组患者以两种方案联合治疗。比较三组患者治疗前、后性激素水平、治疗后排卵率、妊娠率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,三组患者的FSH、LH、E2水平均低于治疗前,且丙组低于甲、乙两组,乙组低于甲组(P<0.05);丙组患者排卵率和妊娠率均高于甲组及乙组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 CC和HMG促排卵方案治疗PCOS不孕均有一定的效果,但两种方案联合治疗的效果更好。

Objective To explore the effect of different ovulation promotion regimens on infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with PCOS admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into group A, B and C, with 30 cases in each group. The group A was treated with clomiphene cltrate (CC) regimen, the group B was treated with human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) regimen, and the group C was treated with combination of two regimens. The levels of sex hormones before and after treatment, ovulation rates, pregnancy rates and adverse reactions after treatment were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the group C were lower than those in the groups A and B, and those in the group B were lower than the group A (P<0.05);the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the group C were higher than the group A and the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Both CC and HMG ovulation induction regimens have certain therapeutic effects on PCOS infertility, but the combined treatment of the two regimens is better.
